My name is Ocean,
I am a traveler and a dancer, passionate about consciousness, community, and culture.
Just like you, I am a multi-dimensional being, and part of my personal life’s work is to reflect the many dimensions of the divine spiritual human experience as an opportunity and an invitation to rise to greater levels of awareness, sovereignty, and empowered creation – individually and collectively.
As a tantrika, I am in service to wholeness and sanctity – to love and life, to light and death, to the living embodiment of higher consciousness through compassionate integration of the shadow. To healing, empowerment, and harmonization.
Part of my purpose is to restore harmony in this world through beauty, joy, and bliss – through right relationship with ourselves, with each other, with Earth and Spirit. In my work as spiritual mentor, integration & embodiment guide, and yoga teacher, I hold the living remembrance – the frequency – that we are divine human beings.
The multi-dimensionality of my work and wisdom allows me to meet you where you are, creating a respectful container for growth, reflection, empowerment, transmutation and transformation. An alchemical experience.
Energetically speaking, evolution and involution – transcendence and embodiment – are the living currents through which my work unfolds, and through classes and journeys, talks and transmissions, events and ceremonies, dance and circles, I facilitate space to realize and embody the potential that’s inherent within each one of us.

A passionate lover of life, a devotee of the divine, a voyager and a student of life –
My life’s journey has taken me to many places, and lead me to engage, work and collaborate with many different people, communities, festivals, and organizations around the world.
In many forms – as volunteer, worker, part of the team, supervisor, manager, freelancer, co-creator, facilitator, space holder, many supporting roles, student, mentee, teacher, mentor, travel guide, embodiment guide, market vendor, and more.
Rich with deep and meaningful encounters – and blessed with sharp perception and strong intuition – I have gathered many insights, perspectives, and pearls of knowledge and wisdom over the years.
Deep contemplation, and a rich practice that engages mind, heart, body, and spirit, guide myself through inner and outer voyages. The pearls of light I keep discovering within the shadows, both within and without, form a golden thread through my life’s work – weaving into the tapestry of a golden future cosmovision.
Many cycles and seasons of unraveling, purifying, releasing, letting go, shedding, and metaphysically dying and rebirthing, have and continue to ground and anchor me deeply into my own experience of embodied becoming.
Having created and walked the path of the traveler and the dancer, from darkness to light, and now the path of the luminary, I increasingly find myself in a state of bathing in essence – centered, present, heart wide open.
After many dances around the sun and moon, I am at a point in my journey that reaches beyond time and space, and integrates and translates the multi-dimensionality of this divine human experience into empowerment for sovereign, authentic, and compassionate author- and leadership.
My practice and my invitation is
a continuous return to the present moment, from where we get to consciously imagine, envision, dream, create, and shape our individual and shared collective reality, and birth a greater future into being.
Remembering, honoring, and venerating our ancestors past, present, and future. Caring for all our relations.
I am deeply in service to love, to life and death, to the mystery.
I am here to learn, to share, to grow, to evolve, to embody, to illuminate, to inspire, to encourage, to serve, and to always do my best. To keep purifying and polishing the light within.
I am deeply committed to coming fully alive in this lifetime, to live wholeheartedly, and to support those who want to do the same. -
I work with festivals, communities, and organizations moving through change, transition, growth, and transformation.
Through reflection and refinement processes, intentional energetic architecture, and supportive practices, I support self-empowered shifts from a previous state or way of being into more coherent, aligned expression.
Together, we preserve the essence of what you have created, refine where needed, and uplift and/or expand it into fuller expression.
Reverence and gratitude for what has been, space for grief and release, and attunement to shape what’s coming, are integral aspects of this work.
The golden frequency facilitates alignment – and a deep sense of purpose and agency. -
I work with individuals who seek to live more fully, to love more freely, to experience greater purpose, and groups moving through initiations, thresholds, healing and integration processes, transformation and change.
Mirror-work, tantric practice, somatic and embodiment practices, guided meditative journeys, rituals and ceremony, are essential elements of my work, offering a wholesome approach that encompasses mind, heart, body, and spirit.
Gratitude and grief work, lineage and legacy work, and the beautiful quest of becoming more conscious, more awake, more loving, more alive in every moment, are at the heart of my work.
The Golden Frequency anchors a higher vibrational state of being in the shared container, which we gradually stabilize through the inner work.
We are moving through a time of great change.
Collectively we are experiencing a transformation of consciousness. Simultaneously, the Earth is rebirthing herself from the inside out. Humanity itself is changing as our DNA begins to mutate and evolve into the next stage of our becoming.
We all feel it on some level, individually and collectively. And while destruction and death ask us to face grief and uncertainty as the old is falling away – and require deeply regulated nervous systems that allow us to remain steady, stable, and present amidst the changes – there is also a very different current of energy sweeping across the planet. A golden, solar frequency.

A Golden Vision
Looking out at the horizon,
I see us collectively standing at the very threshold, where the night is at its darkest, and yet – when you look closely – you can see the sweet colors that begin to tint the sky. A collective prayer is echoes across the Earth, and the heavens are preparing for a new dawn.
I see it beginning with an inner sun rise – a powerful, electrifying, uplifting energy emerging from our solar plexus that makes every cell in the body vibrate and dance. Then, as this golden current of energy expands, the heart opens fully, it awakens and spreads its wings, and its power transforms us and our reality from the inside out.
The light body activates, we remember our true power, and embody high values and principles of being. We embody our essence, and our presence begins to illuminate the space within and around us.
As more and more inner suns rise and hearts awaken – luminaries – humanity begins to shine forth from within. Guided by the power of the morning star, we journey through the underworld to restore harmony, and emerge to witness the dawning and the flowering of a golden new humanity.
